Chocolate Crunch Bars

This is the easiest recipe for your next Chocolate craving. Literally takes less than 5 minutes to whip up and about an hour to harden. Store in refrigerator for the next time you need something to satisfy an indulgence.

The beauty of this recipe is you can make healthier swaps and keep it dairy and gluten free if you need or want to.

 

Here's the recipe-

You need 3 Ingredients-

1.5 Cup Chocolate Chips-I like using these Enjoy Life chocolate chips- https://loom.ly/hZfoKto
They are allergen friendly and delicious.

1 Cup Rice Cereal

2 Tbsp Peanut Butter or Coconut Oil

I also love using Fatso Salted Caramel peanut butter in it- https://loom.ly/iQMr9Aw- it's amazing and loaded with protein and healthy fats!!

Or good old Coconut oil works too!

 

Using a tray- lay down the parchment paper- https://loom.ly/HiJgRnU makes clean up so easy!!

Melt the chocolate chips, and peanut butter (or coconut oil).  Stir well and then add in the rice cereal.  Mix together and then using a spatula spread out on the parchment paper!

Put in refrigerator to harden.  Once hard cut into squares and store in refrigerator!  It's that easy!
